PTG accepts job applications through the internet channel and responds to them individually through the same channel.
In case of open positions, suitable candidates are invited to the central office for an interview, and the first interview is conducted by the Human Resources department.
If the interview is positively concluded, a second interview is conducted with the manager of the related department.
If the candidate is found suitable, all information about the position is provided to them in a job offer made by Human Resources.
After the candidate accepts the offer, the process of joining the job is initiated.
