PTG INDUSTRY LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT LIMITED COMPANY, in accordance with the procedures and principles of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“KVKK”), hereby informs visitors about the protection of personal data as the data controller under the name of PTG INDUSTRY LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “PTG Industry”).
The purpose of processing is to connect, limit, and measure in a limited way, depending on the situation, your personal data that we request and/or you share with us, within the framework of the purpose requiring the processing;
To be recorded, stored, kept, reorganized, shared with institutions authorized by law to request these personal data, and transferred and classified to third parties within the country and processed in other forms specified in the KVKK. The purpose of this Information Text is to inform you how and for what purposes we process your personal data. Please read this Information Text carefully. The method of collecting data and the legal reason PTG Industry collects personal data directly from data owners verbally or physically and processes this personal data. You can reach the table below for information on which personal data are collected and processed and how they are collected.

PTG Industry, in order to ensure the safety of the factory location, collects data for monitoring, recording, and identity registration of visitor entry and exits using security cameras. Additionally, if a visitor wishes to use the PTG Industry internet network to access internet services, data is also collected for monitoring and ensuring the security of this service. These data are collected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) using digital and technical channels, automatically or non-automatically, and are processed within the terms and purposes specified in Article 5 of KVKK.
● Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data Your personal data may be processed by the data controller or legal/real persons appointed by the data controller in accordance with KVKK in the following cases;
● To create a visitor record,
● To allow the use of guest internet network,
● To ensure the proper provision and control of PTG Industry information security and privacy policies and standards,
● To determine and control entries and exits,
● To record camera images due to PTG Industry privacy and security practices,
● To fulfill occupational health and safety obligations,
● To comply with legal requirements and regulations,
● To fulfill the requests of public institutions and organizations as required or mandated by legal regulations,
● To fulfill legal obligations specified in KVKK.
The sharing of your Personal Data with third parties:
- PTG Industry, a supplier of security services, may share your Personal Data with public institutions and organizations in order to comply with legal requirements and/or fulfill requests from official authorities, with companies specializing in occupational health and safety in order to fulfill occupational health and safety obligations, and with hospitals and health organizations.
Personal Data will be shared within the framework of conditions specified by law. Your Personal Data, including identification, vehicle information (license plate), the person/company visited, will be stored for a period of 1 year, and Visual Data will be stored for a period of 15 days, for the aforementioned purposes. After this period, your Personal Data will be deleted, destroyed, or made anonymous by PTG Industry or at your request, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and related regulations. You have the following rights under the KVKK in relation to your Personal Data:
● To learn whether your Personal Data has been processed
● To request information about your Personal Data that has been processed
● To learn the purpose of processing your Personal Data and whether they have been used in accordance with that purpose
● To learn the third parties to whom your Personal Data have been transferred, both domestically and abroad
● To request correction of your Personal Data if they are incomplete or incorrect
● To request deletion or destruction of your Personal Data if the reasons requiring their processing disappear
● To request that the third parties to whom your Personal Data have been transferred are also notified of the correction or deletion of your Personal Data
● To object to the result of an analysis of your Personal Data by automatic systems solely for a result that is to the disadvantage of the person
● To request that damages be compensated if you suffer damages due to the illegal processing of your Personal Data.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you should submit your written request along with the necessary identifying information and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, to “PTG Industry Logistics Technology Investment Limited Company, Marmara Recyclers OSB, Şekerpınar Mah. No: 56, Çayırova 41420, Kocaeli / Turkey,” clearly stating that the subject is related to the KVKK, either with a wet signature or by filling out the “Personal Data Application Form” available on our website and sending it to the email address kvkk@ptgnet.com. Your application must include your name, surname, signature (if the application is written), TC identification number for Turkish citizens, passport number/identification number for foreigners, address for notification, email address (if any) for notification, telephone or fax number, and the subject of the request. As a data subject, in the application regarding the right you wish to exercise and the explanations regarding the right, it is required that the subject of the request is clear and understandable, that the subject is related to you, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of someone else, and that you have documented your authority, that the application includes your identity and address information, and that you have attached documents that confirm your identity. Applications made in this context will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, PTG Industry may request a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium.

Method of Data Collection and Legal Reason for PTG Industry, We collect your personal data which you provide us verbally, physically or electronically through your application and/or reference person, and/or through the representatives of the place where you have worked before and/or through the e-mails of PTG Industry employees. We also collect your personal data shared in special employment agencies and career network platforms through your application on these platforms and/or through the forms filled in these platforms regarding your sharing preferences with third parties, for the purpose of establishing an employment contract. For the sake of ensuring the security of PTG Industry, we collect your visual data through the cameras placed for this legitimate interest. The Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data The personal data mentioned above is processed for the following purposes in relation to the legal relationship between the candidate employee and PTG Industry for the purpose of establishing an employment contract:
- Employment of new personnel, examination of candidates and identification of new candidates for employment
- Confirmation of data and information related to you with the reference persons mentioned in your resume or job application form
- Verification of how much you match the position applied for and recording of your resume information for future confirmation
- Ensuring the security within the company
- Carrying out entry-exit registration procedures and informing the Human Resources Department
Your personal data will be stored for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed and the legal time limit. Your Special Qualified Personal Data Sometimes the information you share with us may include special qualified personal data. Within the scope of the KVKK, your race, ethnic origin, political thought, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership in associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, if any, conviction and data related to security measures regarding your rights, and biometric and genetic data are your special qualified data. Unless we specifically ask for it, we recommend that you do not share your special qualified personal data in your resumes, on your profile page, or in support interviews with us. In this context, your special qualified personal data;
● The disability status in your resume, such as blood group, are used by different units within PTG Industry for the purpose of evaluating your application in accordance with the activity purposes of these units, and are shared between departments for the purpose of verifying information and conducting interviews with reference persons and department managers for candidate employees. Your personal data is processed for the purposes mentioned above.
● In necessary cases, we can share our defense rights with our lawyers and with the courts upon request. Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and for the legal limitation periods.
The sharing of your personal data with third parties within the country by PTG Industry, as the Data Controller, is to transmit candidate’s personal data to the referenced individuals for the purpose of determining the candidate’s suitability for the company’s operations. In the event of a request, your data can be transferred to the courts within the scope of our legal obligations. PTG Industry keeps and processes the images recorded by the cameras at the factory entrance and internal corridors and the identification information you provide for security and secretariat purposes under the Data Controller status. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they have been used in accordance with the purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
- Request the notification of the correction or deletion of your personal data to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, if any,
- Object to the result of analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems that may be to your disadvantage,
- Request the compensation of the damages incurred in case your personal data is processed in violation of the law.

As the data owner, in the application containing the explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise and use; it is necessary that the requested matter is clear and understandable, that the subject of the request is related to you or that you are acting on behalf of someone else and that you are specifically authorized and that your authority is documented, that the application contains your identity and address information and that your identity is verified by the documents attached to the application. The applications made in this context will be concluded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the cost of the recording medium may be requested by PTG Industry.

Method of Collecting Data and Legal Reason As PTG Industry, we collect your personal data, which is located in your resume or other texts shared by you during the job application process or previously requested by us through job application forms or other employment platforms, by directly requesting it from you, in order to fulfill our legal obligations, execute the contract between us, and for the legitimate interests of PTG Industry. To ensure the security of PTG Industry, we collect visual data through cameras placed by us. We collect your health data physically through our workplace physician in order to fulfill our legal obligation and to ensure workplace security. We collect your personal data through legal documents and notifications sent to us in order to fulfill our legal obligations. To improve and make the platform more effective, we collect your personal data through cookies used on our website as detailed in our Cookie Policy for the legitimate interest of PTG Industry. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data Your personal data is processed by PTG Industry for the following purposes and legal reasons: to fulfill the necessary purpose of executing the employment contract, specifically;
- Approval of employee leaves, viewing of leave balances, making leave arrangements
- Carrying out exit procedures for employees
- Ensuring payroll processing is done
- Making salary payments to employees
To fulfill the requirements of the Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Social Security Law and other relevant legislation, particularly;
- Creating an employee personnel file
- Making Social Security Institution (SGK) and Unemployment Insurance Institution (IŞKUR) notifications, police notifications, and providing information on incentives and legal obligations
- Ensuring mandatory individual pension insurance accounts are opened
- Checking employee entry and exit records
- Making payments to execution files for salary seizures of employees
- Making legal notifications in case of work accidents
- Carrying out Occupational Health and Safety procedures
- Complying with other information storage, reporting, and notification obligations as required by legislation, regulatory authorities and other authorities
To ensure security within PTG Industry, particularly

- Facilitating employees’ entry and exit to/from PTG Industry
In order to manage and implement PTG Industry policies, particularly;

● Facilitating the delivery of packages received through cargo and courier services to the relevant employees

Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case within the legal time limits. Your personal data may be shared with third parties within Turkey for the purpose of ensuring your safety and fulfilling PTG Industry’s legal obligations, in accordance with the laws such as the Labor Law, the Occupational Health and Safety Law, the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, the Law on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, the Identity Notification Law and other legislation as permitted and required by the relevant institutions or organizations; The Personal Data Protection Authority, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Turkish Employment Agency (IS-KUR), the Information Technologies and Communication Authority and other public legal entities. For example, the personal data of employees are shared with the Social Security Institution for the purpose of paying worker and employer contributions. In order to fulfill the requirements of the Labor Law, the Occupational Health and Safety Law, the Social Security Law and other relevant legislation, especially;
- We can share your health data with our workplace doctor for the purpose of treatment and health control.
- We can transfer payroll information to PTG Industry auditors for the purpose of conducting audit activities.
In order to fulfill our legal obligations, especially;
- We can provide our lawyers with information necessary to exercise our right of defense and to fulfill legal requests such as court decisions or requests for evidence, in compliance with the law and procedure.
PTG Industry administration, in order to run the business, to implement PTG Industry policies, in particular;
- Required personal data can be transferred to the company we work with for reasons such as transportation, reservation, vehicle supply, visa services, printing business cards.
Your personal data may be shared with third parties abroad if you give your consent. Your personal data may be shared for the purpose of communication during overseas travel and training, travel organization, and for other purposes. Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

In the application you will make as a personal data owner, containing the explanations of the right you have and the right you will use and request; the matter you request should be clear and understandable, the matter you request should be related to you or if you act on behalf of someone else, you should be specifically authorized and your authority should be documented, the application should include your identity and address information and your identity should be supported by documents. In this context, your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee requested by PTG Industry cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.

During the continuation of your job application, employment contract and visit records, your personal data may be collected automatically or manually for the requirements of the business relationship or legal obligations, and may be processed within the limits prescribed by the relevant legislation..
Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 and the related legislation, you have the right to request information about whether your personal data has been processed or not, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they have been used in accordance with the purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both in the country and abroad, to request the correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing have disappeared, to request notification of these transactions to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the result that may arise against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automatic systems, and to request the compensation for the damages if you suffer as a result of the illegal processing of personal data.
APPLICATION FORM
In accordance with article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, personal data owners (“Applicant”) have the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.
Applications made by applicants in this context can be made by delivering the completed application form directly to our company’s Human Resources unit or by sending it to the e-mail address kvkk@ptgnet.com
Our company will resolve the request, free of charge, as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process also requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
